"The secret sauce is the culture of partnership. You don't often have that."

Two days. Real operators. Practical takeaways.

Supply chain doesn't reward theory. The Armada Supply Chain Forum is two days of candid conversation with peers and operators who live this work every day. You'll hear what's working right now, what surprised teams over the past year, and where the real friction is showing up across planning, transportation, and warehousing. Expect specifics, not slogans. Real examples from customers and speakers who own outcomes in real operations — what changed, what held, what broke, and what teams did next to get performance back.

Less Theory. More Traction

This Forum is smaller on purpose. It's designed for leaders who want details, tradeoffs, and real examples. You'll hear different perspectives on what's working right now and where teams are still stuck, then you'll have space to compare notes with peers.

And you'll get an inside look at how Armada is applying AI in real operations and bringing the power and reach of ATEC and Sunset into a unified Armada — with Armada leadership there to share what's changing, why it matters, and what's next.
